Adiposis dolorosa

Dercum's disease
Adiposis dolorosa consists of chronic progressive, painful, sometimes ecchymotic plaques of fat. It is often associated with obesity, sometimes associated with systemic symptoms, including emotional upset.
Treatment:
- Intravenous lidocaine has induced remission in some cases.
