Apocrine hidrocystoma

Apocrine hidrocystoma is an asymptomatic benign translucent tumor most common in the periorbital skin.

It is usually solitary and less than 5 mm in diameter.

It may be a gray or bluish color; it may resemble a blue nevus or nodular melanoma.

Treatment:

  • Surgical excision.
