Erythema annulare centrifugum
Erythema annulare centrifugum (EAC) is an eruption beginning as an erythematous papule that then slowly expands with central clearing.
The raised rim may have a superficial scale and rarely vesicles.
EAC lesions may be single or multiple, and are most commonly located on the buttocks.
Cases associated with tinea pedis have been reported.
Treatment:
- Treating the underlying condition
- Stop any suspected medication
Empiric use of antibiotics and anti-fungal medications
