Lymphangioma circumscriptum
Lymphangioma circumscriptum is a lymphangioma consisting of clusters of transparent to red vesicles and papules, resembling "frog spawn".
There may be a lymphangioma (clear) and hemangioma (purple-red) component in a single lesion.
Lesions commonly present in early childhood.
Treatment:
- Partial ablation is often possible with cautery or laser, but recurrence is common.
