Lymphocytoma cutis
Synonym:
Spiegler-Fendt sarcoid
Lymphocytoma cutis is a benign lymphocytic tumor typically presenting as an ill-defined violaceous nodule or nodules that can enlarge slowly into large plaques.
As the clinical differential diagnosis includes lymphoma, a biopsy is essential.
Treatment:
- Some lesions respond to intralesional triamcinolone.
- Others require radiation therapy.
