Syringocystadenoma papilliferum
Syringocystadenoma papilliferum is a benign tumor that most commonly occurs in association with a nevus sebaceous.
Histologically there is a tendency to apocrine differentiation.
Most common on the scalp, the red-brown nodules may be multiple.
Treatment:
- Surgical excision of the entire nevus sebaceous is recommended.
