Albright's syndrome
Albright's syndrome consists of café-au-lait lesions, polyostotic fibrous dysplasia of bones and, in the female, precocious puberty.
The café-au-lait macules appear by age 2 and are typically much larger than those seen sporadically or in neurofibromatosis, often being more than 10 cm in diameter.
Bone lesions can produce pain.
Perhaps half of females develop puberty before age 5.
