Lichen striatus
Lichen striatus is an acquired inflammatory linear dermatosis typically on the extremities.
The etiology is unknown.
Clinically it shows features of an inflammatory linear epidermal nevus.
Treatment:
- Unlike an inflammatory linear epidermal nevus, lichen striatus resolves without treatment, usually within six months.
